Today’s beautiful wedding, which was held at The Great Barn Devon over the Easter weekend, just goes to show that, even when the weather doesn’t want to play, the show will most definitely go on.
For this month’s Great and Good feature, we’ve decided to dedicate it to some of our favourite bridal blogs. They are bursting at the seams with wedding inspiration, helpful advice and tonnes & tonnes of real brides and grooms, and are a regular stopover for a lot of our couples. And you can see why …
When you book your wedding at The Great Barn Devon, we give you a full weekend to totally relax and take in every, single moment of your special celebration. Our beautiful, cosy cottages are the perfect place to pamper yourself the night before, to prepare at leisure the morning of your big day and sleep in late, the morning after.
Because we are nestled in 120 acres of idyllic Devon countryside, we think your wedding guests should have the chance to enjoy the full weekend too and so, we are offering the use of our fields behind the Barn, for glamping or festival style accommodation galore!

There are some, simply stunning, pastel elements you can bring into your wedding day; small things that will add a subtle touch of femininity … or why not go all out and shout PASTELS from the rooftops!!
